ABOUT ME

My name is Margie (Margaret) Gregg, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Owner of Desert Rose Therapeutic Services PLLC, a licensed Mental Health Service Provider based in all of Arizona - here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my patients’ well-being and guarantee top of the line counseling and psychological services catered to their needs.

Since 2001, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. Patient well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help them through all their obstacles. Get in touch with me today for more information.

I utilize only Evidence Based Practice and Interventions which include EMDR and TF-CBT. I am an EMDR Basic level clinician, registered in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Zoey and I are a registered dog therapy team through Pet Partners and will volunteer (pre-COVID pandemic) in settings where a therapy dog may be most helpful such as residential treatment centers. If seeing her at times brings you joy then she can be incorporated as well.

I have been living in Arizona for the past 16 years. I grew up in New Mexico where i went to New Mexico State University for my Bachelor's in Psychology and I started my Master's of Social Work program  there. I relocated to Arizona and completed my Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University. I have been working in community based outpatient setting full time for the past 15 years. I am building this business part-time so I offer evenings and Saturday (alternating) appointments.

I believe access to your therapist should not be such a challenge. I am available for one email, text, or phone call exchange per week depending. I do not have an on call services so I defer all crisis issues to 911 or the Crisis Response Network.
